🎣 Battling the man flu to go fishing, but was it worth it? and Bayside Radio
I haven’t been feeling too good for the last few days.
For some people it would be a major flu and something to make a song and dance about but, as far as I’m concerned, it’s just a sniffle.
I do know when I have flu because it knocks me for six, that’s a fact.
In the meantime though, it’s a case of battling on and being brave, as men are when we have colds.
I did wake up at 2.00 a.m. in a cold sweat, but I went back to sleep, and four hours later I was up proper, to go fishing.

Bayside Radio
Once home, I showed and changed, and then did my weekly chats with Jeff Pearson.
He presents an afternoon show on Bayside Radio, which is based in Colwyn Bay.
We talk fishing, which goes out on Thursday afternoon, and Welsh football for a day later.
There’s an excerpt from the angling chat in the video.
After fishing this morning, while still wearing my Angling clothes, I went into the back garden for a couple of hours.
