Although there are three games a week – and hardly any time to prepare for the next fixture once the current one has finished – nevertheless The New Saints continues to win on the pitch.
The latest victory is a 3-1 win against Bala Town in the Nathaniel MG Cup, which is the Welsh League Cup.
Sion Bradley opened the scoring in the 22nd minute, when his free-kick beat the wall and the goalkeeper, ending up in the back of the net.
A second-half brace from Rem Oteh signed, sealed and delivered the victory.

On the way home a barn owl flew across the road (A5 near Oswestry) and came within a couple of feet of the windshield.
