⚽️ 🏴 Behind-the-scenes at Rugby Park, the home of Kilmarnock FC
The final game of the pre-season campaign for the champions of Wales, took us to Rugby Park, the home of Kilmarnock FC, who gave us a very warm welcome.
It was a behind-closed-doors friendly, with no media coverage at all.
So, instead of interviews, club videos etc, it was carrying equipment, gathering balls during the warm-up and leaving the dressing room how we found it afterwards.
I actually loved it, and it’s not that I don’t like working in media, but a change is as good as a rest, as they say.
I still captured footage for myself, just that it didn’t involve the team or the game, as is the case when my phone’s out for club media.
It was my 15th ground in Scotland, all of them courtesy of working with The New Saints.
