Once back from my tench session, I showered, changed and was ready for the weekly chats with Jeff Pearson for his afternoon radio show.
Based in Colwyn Bay, Bayside Radio goes out across the world via the internet.
We talk angling first and those are the clips in the footage above, although football did creep in.
