⚽️ Fifteen minutes in at Briton Ferry Llansawel, rain stops play and an interesting signed team sheet
The New Saints were playing Fiorentina on Thursday and, just three days later, it was back to the JD Cymru Premier, as we travelled to south Wales, taking on Briton Ferry Llansawel.
It was a wet afternoon anyway, but the torrential downpour that took place once we started, meant that just fifteen minutes in, the referee abandoned the game.
Short, but definitely not sweet, as we have to journey to south Wales once again in the future to complete the game.
I got my team sheet signed and there’s an interesting story that goes with that.
