✍️ 1,110 weeks and still going strong
While most people probably think of Monday as the start of a new week – and I do myself as well – there’s still another day that has a specific relevance as far as I’m concerned.
Saturday.
It’s the day that I published my first blog post, way back in July, 2003.
Today is the 1,110th consecutive Saturday that I’ve posted something.
During that time, I’ve disappeared from forums and I’ve pretty much gone the same route as far as social media is concerned as well.
I’m just mulling over whether to let my final platform go.
I only keep X because it’s good for work-related information but, as I’m edging towards the next stage of my working career, that’s not even important now.
Forums and social media are dead (or dying), long live the blog.
