š» The blogging journey continues
Today is 1,108 weeks since I began blogging.
Publishing my first post in July, 2003, I wasnāt necessarily thinking about the future.
However, it was something that I knew would become a part of my life and wasnāt there just for a short season.
It has evolved over the years in many ways, and it is even more so now a personal journal rather than something that Iām doing just to get likes and follows.
Thereās nothing wrong with that though, if thatās you, and of course, I always appreciate the feedback very much indeed.
What Iām saying though, on a personal level, is that Iām not blogging to become famous or to make a name for myself.
I think, especially among young people, the desperate desire with many is to make it big in social media.
I sometimes read that a particular person is a famous āsocial media influencerā, but Iāve never heard of them before.
I read a few of their posts and Iām still not really sure of why they are famous.
There are many reasons to blog, but the most important thing is to enjoy it.
As far as thatās concerned, Iām as passionate now as I was more than twenty-one years ago.
