🪴 A few jobs to do around the garden
Once home from my short fishing session, while still in my angling clothes, I spent some time outdoors.
I noticed the other day regarding the small retaining wall that I had constructed at the front of the home on the rockery, that one of the slabs had slipped.
Therefore, I fixed that, strengthened the one next to it, and now it’s all looking as good as new.
I also did some weeding on the drive and path at the front of our home.
In addition, following the recent strong winds, I swept all the leaves that had gathered at the front as well.
Small, simple jobs, but all part of keeping on top of things and making everything look nice.
As long as the motive is right, there’s nothing wrong with being house-proud.
