🦌🐛🍈 Muntjac, cinnabar moth caterpillars and damsons in Cotwall End Valley

📹 A short, but very sweet, walk in the valley

When I got back from fishing, I had a short time in the garden picking up leaves and general tidying up.

Then I went for a walk in the woodland close to where I live.

Within seconds of leaving the lane behind, I spotted two muntjac feeding.

I managed to capture them on video, as well as several cinnabar moth caterpillars that were on common ragwort, plus the damsons are beginning to take shape as far as ripeness is concerned.

The natural world.

You can’t beat it, can you?
