⚽️ After fourteen games, The New Saints exit the 2024/2025 European stage in Slovenia
It’s been the most successful season ever for a Welsh domestic side on the European stage but, following the 3-2 defeat in Slovenia, The New Saints finally exited UEFA football as far as this season is concerned.
Although the visitors took the lead twice against Celje, within seconds the Slovenian champions equalised.
Then they went on to win the game themselves.
Following the final whistle, I interviewed Craig Harrison and Danny Davies, with the latter signing my team sheet.
Rory Holden, who scored the other goal, also signed the team sheet.
