🇸🇮 The football journey takes me from England to Slovenia
For the final game in the UEFA Conference League (league phase), it’s a first trip to Slovenia, as The New Saints take on Celje.
We had a charted flight, flying as per usual from Liverpool airport.
The flight to Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, was two hours plus, and afforded excellent views over the Alps.
I’m now in the hotel, which is home for three days and two nights, although it’s only the day in the middle that will be a full twenty-fours hours in the country.
I enjoy travel and having a window seat meant I was able to capture footage on the way there.
