🎣 A short afternoon angling session on a pond
As explained in the video, I couldn’t fish the start of the day, and likewise at the end of it. No problem though, just go somewhere in between, in this case late afternoon.
Again, with time being fairly tight, I fished a pond that I could drive to fairly easily, as far as time was concerned. Originally thinking I’d have an hour or so, the ‘or so’ stretched to a couple of hours.
I arrived, settled in the swim and that’s where the video picks up from, complete with fish banked. On this occasion, it was an all-roach catch.
I heard a raven calling in flight but, under a canopy of branches, I didn’t see it as it passed through.
