🎣 The final angling session of the summer and I’m joined by Ian Clarke on the Staffs/Worcs Canal
Time flies, and it doesn’t seem like three months have passed since I got my summer fishing underway with a session on a small pool. On that occasion, I caught tench, perch, roach and a terrapin!
To wrap up the season, I was on the Staffs/Worcs Canal for an early start. While fishing, I saw someone walking along the towpath with an angling chair.
I never really thought much about it, until he got closer and I saw it was my friend, Ian Clarke.
He had worked out where I had been fishing recently on the canal and took a chance that I would be there on Sunday morning. He was right.
He had brought some tackle, which he collected from the van and then we had a great couple of hours fishing together.
You can follow the session in the video.
