☀️Enjoying the heatwave and I don’t mean Martha Reeves and The Vandellas
We’re currently about to hit heatwave status across the country, which officially is declared when temperatures are consistently above a threshold figure for three days on the bounce.
The temperatures required to declare a heatwave in the UK vary, from 25C in the north and west, to 28C in London and the immediate area.
Today (Thursday), Suffolk became the first location to become an official Met Office heatwave zone, with others expected to join it tomorrow.
It is very warm where I live but you won’t find me complaining about it. I’m enjoying the weather because either that or you put your life on hold until it cools down.
Whether extreme heat in the summer or the opposite end of the scale in winter, just get on with it.
Respond sensibly to adverse conditions but don’t allow them to dictate to your life.
Make sure you’re in charge, not the sun. Or the snow.
