⚽️ 🇲🇩 UEFA Europa League football at Zimbru Stadium for FC Petrocub v The New Saints
Although I’ve been to Moldova before, this was the first time that I have visited the country for football, which takes me to twenty-five nations where I’ve seen the beautiful game.
The UEFA Europa League game between FC Petrocub and The New Saints, played at the National Stadium, ended 1-0 to the hosts.
All that separated the sides though, come the final whistle, was an own goal from Jack Bodenham.
The second-leg at Park Hall next week, is arguably the biggest game in The New Saints’ history, with a league format place up for grabs.
