⚽️ At Accrington Stanley’s Wham Stadium, where the young guns go for it
I thought it was all over, as far as my TNS FC season was concerned, last Sunday at Rodney Parade in the Welsh Cup final.
However, an opportunity to cover the English Colleges FA Men’s Premier Cup final at Accrington Stanley’s ground, was an offer that I couldn’t refuse.
Although under the jurisdiction of the FA, the final involved two colleges from towns that have teams in the Cymru Premier – Oswestry and Penybont.
TNS North Shropshire College beat Bridgend College 3-2, so it was nice to end my season on a high, following last weekend’s Welsh Cup final disappointment.
