🎶 Lovin’ Livin’ And Givin’ and an evening of musical memories
While at Merry Hill Centre doing some shopping, as I was after fishing, I visited the Air Ambulance charity shop.
They always have a few records (vinyl) for sale and I came across three Motown singles.
I already had the Commodores (Three Times A Lady) and Stevie Wonder (I Just Called To Say I Love You) but not the Diana Ross one (Lovin’ Livin’ And Givin’).
Once home, and following on from the reason why I was shopping (next blog post), I spent an hour or so listening to vinyl in my man cave.
I started off with Motown Gold, which I remember buying in 1975, likewise Motown Gold 2, a couple of years later.
Fantastic memories, while my wife and granddaughter did a WhatsApp chat with my youngest daughter, who lives in Stoke-on-Trent.
