⚽️ 🏴 Behind The New Saints 5 Swansea City 1 match day media scenes
It’s been an incredible domestic season for The New Saints, with the club unbeaten since August 1.
That was a 3-2 reversal against Swift Hesperian, the champions of Luxembourg, in the UEFA Europa Conference League.
Still in three cup competitions, the Nathaniel MG Cup (Welsh League Cup) was the first opportunity of silverware this season.
With Swansea City the opponent, it was always going to be a tough game, certainly on paper.
In the end though, The New Saints ran out comfortable 5-1 winners, with two very late strikes in added time.
From a personal media perspective, I did interviews and wrote articles around the game, with the footage below from match day itself.
My personal football memorabilia collection grew by a team sheet (signed by Josh Pask, who I interviewed afterwards), a programme (signed by MOTM, Ryan Brobbel), a media press pass and a bottle of champagne from the post-match celebrations on the pitch.
