Testing my new toy on the garden birds
Based on things I spoke about in general conversation, my wife bought me an adapter for Christmas to attach my iPhone to optics.
I had a little play with it looking out over the garden.
The first clip in the video was taken with my binoculars and through an open window, while the second and third were with my scope and the windows closed.
As you can see, the first is superior and sharper but that’s to do with the windows not what the iPhone was attached to.
I was very pleased with the result of the first clip and I went for a walk in the local woods to see if I could spot any deer.
Unfortunately, none were showing so I wasn’t able to capture them, but that will come in time.
For now, a big thumbs-up from me.
