Talk fishing, Welsh football, go fishing
After a working football game, the following morning I wrap up post-media duties and that was the case today.
Once that was done, I chatted with Jeff Pearson, as we recorded this week’s Bayside Radio slots.
It’s angling first, then Welsh football.
I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to talk about both this year and the feedback has been good.
Today’s angling session was very late one and just one hour long.
With other things going on, it was right at the end of daylight and in the tail end of another named storm, this time Gerrit.
I went to a pond that was very coloured, due to heavy rain overnight and in the morning.
I caught a few roach and a single perch on double white maggots over loose mixed maggots.
Nothing big but you always have to take the venue into account.
