I enjoy watching football and I certainly like working in the beautiful game but you can’t beat playing it.
My latest game saw us draw, which was pleasing enough in itself, as the opposition were favourites on paper.
However, on a personal note, I was thrilled to have scored with a header from a corner.
At the age of 61 years, 7 months and 30 days… I not only played a game of football but found the back of the net.
Hi Stewart, I work in Aldridge and have seen and heard Ring neck parakeets regularly over the last few weeks, Also saw a flock of about 10 flying over near Walsall Arboretum (heard them first) very vocal birds.
