Small venues don’t necessarily mean tiny fish
You can never have too much of a good thing and that’s certainly true when it comes to fishing.
After the morning session in pursuit of tench, I went for an hour on a small pool with the maggots I bought earlier in the day.
I go through the rig in the video, as well as show some of the fish caught.
I had so many that I actually lost count, which is always a nice problem to have.
I caught mostly smaller fish, as you’d expect from the pond, with the roach in the lead image the biggest by far.
It just goes to show that small venues don’t necessarily mean tiny fish.
