🌲A nature walk along the golf course in Cotwall End Valley
The pond I intended to fish this morning was frozen solid, so before venturing elsewhere in the afternoon, I went for a walk along the eastern slope in the valley where I live.
I added four new birds for the year – cormorant, great spotted woodpecker, mistle thrush and redwing – bringing the total to 29.
It was a very fresh morning but everything looked great in the frost.
