🎣 Fishing to start the day, Time flies when you’re having fun and Talking angling on radio
I’ll do a separate blog post on what is a major event as far as I’m concerned, the first of, hopefully many, retirement anniversary days. The year has gone by very quickly but, as they say, time flies when you’re having fun.
I ‘celebrated’ by doing something that I’ve enjoyed every day since I retired. I went fishing. For the third session on the bounce, I fished a pond. It was just a short visit but at least I caught, so I ended up on the right side of the line.
No perch this time but roach saved the day. They’re always a reliable species during the winter. The reason that it was a limited session, was because I had my weekly Bayside Radio angling chat to record later in the morning, and there’s some footage from that in the video.
