⚽️ 🏴 Off to a good domestic start for The New Saints
The domestic season got underway for The New Saints with a 5-1 Nathaniel MG Cup (Welsh League Cup) victory against Flint Town United.
It was a completely different side from the one that started a few days earlier in the UEFA Champions League game against Ferencváros.
The eleven changes didn’t affect the fluidity of the side though, with more than half of the squad still in their teens.
There were lots of debuts and five different names on the scoresheet.
