🎣 Fishing | A visit to RD Tackle, The great maggot escape, On the Staffs & Worcs Canal
On Saturday afternoon, I was at RD Tackle in the Brierley Hill area. I took advantage of that by recording chats with both Jase and Dave, as we talked the start of the new river season.
I also bought maggots and, once home, I put them in the fridge. Quite literally, actually, as you can see in the video. At least it made for some interesting footage.
The following morning, after Scotland’s first World Cup game, which kicked off at 2.00 a.m., I went fishing on the Staffordshire & Worcestershire Canal. As well as roach, I also caught my target species, perch.
