🎶 Album review: A Song For You by The Temptations
Released on January 16, 1975, A Song For You was the first post-Norman Whitfield album that The Temptations released.
There were a number of producers, as well as a variety of writers, with the latter including Lionel Richie. His contribution, Happy People, was originally intended for the Commodores.
It was also the last album that Eddie Kendricks’ replacement, Damon Harris, recorded, as conflict issues meant that he was released by the group.
