Licence To Kill is the 16th Eon Productions James Bond.

Released in 1989, it’s the second and final movie starring Timothy Dalton.

Bond is the best man at the wedding of Felix Leiter but following the ceremony, a vicious gangster, Sanchez, maims Leiter and kills his bride.

In order to pursue Sanchez, Bond goes rouge.

After infiltrating his organisation so he can get close to him, he finally gets his man when, covered in petroleum, he ignites him.

Before he does so though, he shows him the engraving on the lighter.

It was a wedding thank you from Felix and his wife.
