Four species of fish from the upper Severn

With it being a working day at Park Hall, I set off from home a few hours earlier and went fishing on the upper Severn first.

Making the most of every opportunity or killing two birds with one stone. Call it what you want, the principle is the same.

I had bites on the first and last cast plus every one in between as well.

I lost count of how many chub I caught, with a couple of dace and a bleak and gudgeon to add some variety.

A very enjoyable 2.5 hours indeed.
