We get regular visits from great-spotted woodpeckers throughout the year, both male and female.
Today, there was a male bird feeding on a feeder containing sunflower hearts.
They are definitely the most popular food attraction and that’s why I’ve got two feeders.
Often, every single feeding perch is occupied, which is always great to see.
