The benefit of the river levels website leads to a successful chub session

I ended up on a stretch that, although the river was coloured and up slightly, the water from upstream hadn’t reached there yet.

If it wasn’t for the river levels website, there’s no way I could have known that.

That, of course, is Crew Green which is my starting point when I’m at work.

It’s on the border between England and Wales, so I can check both upstream and down from there.
