A lovely surprise outside a McDonald’s in Falkirk
Just after leaving the stadium, we stopped at a retail park so that the players could get some food.
One of our coaches said to me that Steve Saunders was outside McDonald’s.
I went to find him and we connected when Rach came running across to me shouting ‘Rev’!
It was brilliant to see them both again.
Steve, who is also a Scotland international, was with The New Saints from 2016-2018 and I got on with them both very well, as you can see from the video below.
Enjoyed your video on Sedgley Beacon. Me and my daughter built the bench at the far end by Wolverhampton Road facing West about 12 years ago. Best place to sit and watch the Summer sunsets.

That’s great, it is a beautiful place and some of the sunset views are magnificent from the area.
I moved a few miles west in 2020 and we now get marvellous sunrises from the living room window.
