Starring John Hart as Nat Cutler (Hawkeye) and Lon Chaney as Chingachgook.
Ethan Allen and his men live in the Green Mountain area, very much like Robin Hood and Sherwood Forest.
They also steal from the greedy tax collectors to give to the people.
The crooked sheriff tries to blacken their characters but Hawkeye and Chingachgook investigate and reveal the truth.
