The Cymru Premier season begins
Ahead of the JD Cymru Premier MD1 game between The New Saints and Connah’s Quay Nomads, I wrote my programme column, the match preview and did the press conference with TNS’ head coach, Craig Harrison.
The game ended 6-2 to The New Saints, who fell behind twice.
Goals came from Adrian Cieslewicz (2), Declan McManus (2), Leo Smith and Jordan Williams.
Following the final whistle, there were club interviews with Craig Harrison and Adrian Cieslewicz.
Back home about midnight, I did more post-match media work and then the following morning wrote the five talking points article.
This was my 12th game of the 2023/2024 season.
