My tackle was as follows: Fox Barbel Special 1.5 lb test curve rod, Okuma Zeon reel with 6lb Maxima Chameleon line straight through.
The hook was a Drennan Super Specialist size 10 micro barbed and the six inch hook length was created by nipping on a small shot.
The lead was a 1/4 ounce bomb with a small rubber bead between that and the shot.
Bait was a single grain of sweetcorn, with corn mixed in with the brown crumb that I also fed throughout the session, not just on arrival.
