I was up again five hours later but I very much saw the day ahead as one of relaxing, and fishing wasn’t even on my mind, especially as we collected our granddaughter from school then brought her back with us for the weekend.
I had a small amount of work to do, I brought my blog up to date, went shopping, cleaned the car and generally enjoyed the lazy day.
We need those from time to time, especially when life is busy and full, even if it’s with good things.
