Once home after fishing, it was time for my weekly chats with Jeff Pearson for his afternoon radio show.

We talk angling first and it was good, as always, to have a number of questions to answer that listeners had sent in.

Although the radio station is based in north Wales, people listen from around the world.

The Welsh football chat focuses mostly on Colwyn Bay FC, the town where the station is based.

This time we discussed the latest transfer news from the side, with a couple of new signings in particular.

I enjoy doing the radio slots, which are recorded and then inserted in Jeff’s show later in the week.
