A walk along the costal patch between Talacre and Gronant.
Lots of the birds from the first visit, plus several stonechats showing well and whitethroat.
A visit to Prestatyn. No binoculars but added cormorant, turnstone, mallard and jackdaw for the week.
The turnstones were really interesting because they were on the promenade at high tide and, with nowhere else to go, took their high water roost as people passed by.
Naturally, they were more alert than when they’re in a more secure place.
