Lately, I’m thoroughly enjoying dropping a bait in shallow, clear water and tempting a few fish.
Mostly as anglers, we don’t get to see what’s going on beneath the surface of the water, but when you can it’s fascinating.
Watching the reaction of the fish to the bait that goes in, especially when there’s a hook in it, is better than watching Love Island on television.
Not that I’ve even seen it anyway but you get my drift.
I know what it’s about and I know it’s popular, it’s just not my thing.
