Will I do it? Of course. I made the declaration to myself and from January 1 and that’s it.

I haven’t been craving junk food. I drew a line under it and it’s as simple as that.

Then, of course, there’s exercise. Again, it’s a marathon and not a sprint.

If you’ve never done any jogging before, it’s not going to work if you have committed to a ten miles run every morning.

Start small and build up. Run to the end of the road and back for a week.

Then, when you handle that comfortably, extend to the next street for week two. And so on.
