First game of football in my sixties and tips on losing weight and staying healthy

I played at the back, was pleased with my performance but most importantly, I loved it.

Naturally, I was the oldest on the pitch by far, but age in many ways is just a number.

I can feel it today but that’s what a game of football should do to you anyway, as you push yourself physically, regardless of age.
