Cotwall End Valley nature diary – November 2022

A walk along a 400 metre section of the the lane and then through the woodland alongside Bobs Brook.

It’s looking very autumnal now, as you can see from the lead image and the video footage.

It’s looking very autumnal in the valley, as we hit November.

Birds seen: magpie, starling, carrion crow, goldfinch, robin, wood pigeon, black-headed gull, moorhen, great-spotted woodpecker, redwing, jay, bullfinch (m), long-tailed tit, goldcrest, blackbird (m), sparrowhawk.

Others: grey squirrel.
