🎣 As the weather turns for the better, a pond fishing session to start the day
It’s been a very cold spell of late; however the good news is that overnight the wind direction has changed. The south-westerlies will certainly improve things but, of course, as far as water temperature is concerned, it will take time.
In three hours of fishing a pond, I didn’t get a single bite. It’s quite unusual on that venue but, as you can see in the video, there were three cormorants on there. When you consider how much one bird eats per day, if they’ve been on there for a while, the damage caused will have been immense.
