💰 Nice to get back on track with this month’s premium bonds draw
After two poor months on the premium bonds front, I was hoping that we would get back on track this time round.
Although my wife and I only had five April ‘wins’ between us, it was a case of being on the quality side as opposed to quantity, which is where we’ve been many times in the past.
So, although we’ve had say, seven wins in some months, they’ve mostly been £25 each.
On this occasion, I had 2x £100 and 1x £25 while my wife had 1x £100 and 1x £25, making a total of £350.
As I’m still some way off a pension, and therefore living mostly on savings, it’s a nice boost to overall income.
Fortunately, by choice and not imposition, we live a simple lifestyle anyway, so don’t need huge amounts of money to finance what we do.
As they say, the best things in life are free.
