Wales get by with a little help from their English friends
I enjoyed watching the Wales game on television, as they beat Finland 4-1, setting up a final against Poland next Tuesday.
Interestingly, three of the four goal scorers were born in England.
David Brooks (Warrington), Brennan Johnson (Nottingham) and Dan James (Hull) are all English by birth and qualify for Wales courtesy of a mother, mother and father respectively.
Both Johnson and Brooks actually played for England before switching to Wales.
I’ve got my own thoughts on all of that but what are yours?
Fantastic Perch Stewart
I was thrilled, and although not on a conventional perch bait, nevertheless they all count.
