Gone fishing and talking angling on radio
It was another early start this morning and I was on a pond that has four feet of water in the deeper sections.
I did go for the shallows (two-feet) though, as I again went for a grain of corn on a size 12 hook beneath a waggler.
It was a very slow session but I was on the right side of the line.
Although we’re in October, I was sitting there in a short-sleeved polo shirt but it did feel very autumnal.
Once home, I had an hour pottering around in the garden, and then did my weekly slots for Bayside Radio.
Both the fishing and football chats we have are going well and the feedback is good.
We always get questions from listeners, which is great.
The slots go out on Jeff Pearson’s afternoon show, Thursday fishing (3.00 p.m.) and Friday football (3.15 p.m).
Reading about your wins on the bonds inspired me to start investing more earlier in the year and luckily started to see small wins since March , fortunate to win twice this month a total of £150 long may our luck 🍀 continue.Good luck for the future draws .
Nice one, Alan.
It’s working well for me, getting a regular trickle each month.
Plus, you will always keep your original sum invested, there’s no gamble there.
Hopefully we’ll both keep getting returns that we’re happy with and there’s always the possibility of something special each month.
