A new month and another small pond session
I was up at first light to do some fishing, which actually isn’t that early compared to the height of the summer.
It all seems but a distant memory now, although in reality it’s not that long ago.
That’s the nature of life, it moves on. Time does not stand still.
Although I’ve got additional plans for October, small ponds are still on the agenda and especially so when time is tight.
The pond I fished is about two feet deep and the tackle approach etc is in the video.
I loose fed grains of corn and I flicked the float a couple of rod lengths from the bank.
The conditions are still mild and the fish were very obliging and there are some of those in the video.
Nature watch: A single kingfisher flew across the pond and I could hear ring-necked parakeets in the woodland.
Reading about your wins on the bonds inspired me to start investing more earlier in the year and luckily started to see small wins since March , fortunate to win twice this month a total of £150 long may our luck 🍀 continue.Good luck for the future draws .
Nice one, Alan.
It’s working well for me, getting a regular trickle each month.
Plus, you will always keep your original sum invested, there’s no gamble there.
Hopefully we’ll both keep getting returns that we’re happy with and there’s always the possibility of something special each month.
