Fossil hunting in Cotwall End Valley

Talking of lovely ladies, once back home I went for a walk through the local woodland with my wife.

There’s so much ground to cover in Cotwall End Valley, even a couple of hours involves covering just a small area.

That was the case this time especially, as we went to an area where fossils are to be found.

It’s an important geological site and is actually an SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest).
