A lure angling session before church
I’ve had a few 4.30 a.m. risings recently, so today I thought I’d have a lie-in.
I was still up naturally at 6.25 a.m. though, so I didn’t exactly transform to Rip Van Winkle.
Not that you can’t catch them in the winter when lure fishing, far from it, but now that the water temperature is on the increase, perch are certainly more active.
That was the case this morning, as you can see from both the lead image and the video.
I thought to myself that I would fish for twenty minutes or so but when I took my first look at the time, I’d been there an hour beyond that.
Time flies when you’re having fun.
