Don’t allow things over which you have no control to affect your life
Yesterday, I watched Everton versus Newcastle United on television.
If you’re a football fan, you’ll know that it wasn’t a good evening for the former.
The empty seats in the stadium as the game wore on reflected the mood of the fans.
Again, in reference to the video, there’s more in there, but it reminded me of when I had a season ticket at Molineux.
I realised that my life – especially come the final whistle – was being governed by the result of a football game.
